This course is designed to give you some tools for working in experimental ways with Acrylic and Mixed Media: creating active surfaces with printing, resist, mark making, and paint transfer, we paint out to find form and reintegrate the underpainting with glazing and more mark making....It will also emphasize palette choice, how to create colour harmony and how to integrate neutrals and desaturated colour into your paintings. And finally, we will learn how to make and use collage papers to help us simplify and move into abstraction.
