Fun, follow-along dance exercises that will make you feel great! No dance experience required, suitable for all ages.
Children under 8 must attend with a designated guardian. Bring a small pack with a beach towel and water.

Wear sunscreen and running shoes.
We will meet at the North Chesterman Beach Parking Lot. Drop in fee $10 (includes GST)
