A speaker, facilitator and consultant on community and leadership engagement, Mo Douglas has more than 30 years experience in developing and leading community teams and projects.

 Mo arrived in Whistler in 1990 and spent 10 years as the Tourism Whistler’s Director of Festivals and Events. Her wildest career ride to date was serving as VANOC’s director of community relations for eight years. In 2016, Mo became the executive director of Arts Whistler, Whistler’s lead agency for arts and culture. 

 She also continues to consult and present through her firm, Mobilize Strategies, based in beautiful Pemberton, BC.
